I’ve really been wanting a dress that I could nurse in, and was super happy with how mine came out. The cowl + nursing + a-line dress is a really great option to keep you cozy warm and nurse in the cooler months. Thanks for another great pattern!

This is the easiest shirt I’ve ever sewn!! I made the short sleeve version, originally at tunic length but decided I liked the shirt length better so I cut it down after assembling. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the shirt. I can hardly wait to make one in dress length, and one with longer sleeves for winter! I also love how versatile the pattern is.

I have a question about this pattern. My shoulders are narrow (pear, straps always fall down) and I want to know how the fit is on the shoulders. Please let me know what you think. Thank you. 🙂

I made the pattern with wrong material the first time. Looked fine but I needed the stretch to get into it. When I used the correct material my how things changed! I never wore the first top too tight (no stretch). The second one was fantastic. I typically sew for others so I was not used to the compliments I received. I felt good in it and I am looking forward to the next one. My daughter (adult) bought the correct material and said don’t give up and I am so glad I made it. It was easy to make. It fit well after using the right material and it is so smooth to move in. Because it looked great some of the ladies in our church got inspired to start working with knits. I sent them to my daughter for help with it. She just started sewing about two years ago. Never had an interest in it growing up. Although she liked the dresses, pants, and other outfits I made but until she had children of her own did she start sewing. She is so glad and so am I.

This is the BEST of the available raglan patterns out there. I just love the Nancy. With all the options for bodice length, sleeve length, banded or hemmed, swing or A-line it offers a huge variety of final products in a reliably quick and easy sew. I keep making it again and again.
