This listing is for a downloaded PDF sewing pattern, NOT a finished product. Â Your download should immediately pop up after purchasing, but you can also log into your account at any time and download the package again. Â Your downloads will include a professionally drawn pattern with trimless pages and layers.
The pattern pieces included are formatted for 8.5×11, A4 (typically outside of the US), Projector, and A0 printers.  Please remember to NOT use the A4 pattern unless you are located outside of the US and own an A4 printer and A4 paper.  The A0 pattern is specifically designed for large format printing.  You have permission from 5 out of 4 Patterns to have this pattern printed at your local copy shop.
The separate tutorial download includes hyperlinks to help you navigate to whichever options you’re interested in doing.  It also includes professionally drawn images for each tutorial step as well as pictures for steps that might be a little tricky.  We take great pains to make the tutorial as clear as possible!  We’ve even included links to our YouTube channel, where you can find video tutorials on certain steps.
The Women’s Agility pattern is available for women’s sizes XXS-5XL.  The size chart and fabric requirements are listed in the last image.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me via email ([email protected]) if you have any questions.  We’d love to see you in our Facebook group and on Instagram too!
This pattern is best suited for athletic knit fabric such as poly or nylon spandex. For fabric options that provide the most support, I highly suggest you look into buying Powernet, techsheen, or another form of supportive fabric and use it as a sandwiched liner in your bra tops. Fabric requirements are listed in one of the photos. Other notions needed for the tank include matching thread, elastic, and nursing clips if you’re making a breastfeeding tank top or bra.
Don’t forget to check out the Kids’ Agility Tank and Dress so you can make your daughter a matching top! You can buy the Women’s and the Kids’ Agility patterns as a bundle for even more savings!
The Women’s Agility looks great when paired with the Ultimate Bikini Bottoms, the Alice High Rise Swim Bottoms, or the Riptide Reversible Shorties.

This is my new favorite athletic top. Everything fits together as it should. The instructions are clear, concise, and thorough. And, oh, the options! I need a dozen more in my dresser!

Amazing pattern!
Easy to follow and very well written. I love the fit on myself (Size XL) and my 12 year old daughter loves it too (Size XXS). I suspect a dozen or more of these in both our closets by the end of the summer!

Love, love, love this pattern. It is extremely versatile and easy to put together. The pattern is accommodating to so many shapes and sizes, a terrific option for my plus sized frame. The nursing option is exceptional, and the whole thing is a breeze to put together thanks to a great tutorial. You will not be disappointed with this pattern!

I love my agility tank/dress! This is the first dress pattern I’ve had that I didn’t have to adjust the length 😀

I used this pattern to make a nursing swimsuit! It was so amazingly handy at the beach, and so much more comfortable than any other swimsuit I’ve owned. Love the fit and look, and I can’t wait to use it to make more athletic gear, and everyday wear for summer! Awesome pattern pages, no trimming to put it together and great hyperlinks in the tutorial to help you skip to the parts you need. Lots of options in this one!

I used this pattern to make my cousin a mastectomy swim suit top. With the extra directions for lining/nursing/etc., it was very easy for me to turn it into just what she needed. She loves the style and how the outer top is sewed separate from the bra. It was very easy to sew with wonderful directions all long the way. I immediately had to make myself a top afterward. I’m loving mine too! I’ll be making more and trying the strappy back.

This was my first item sewing with knits! It seemed a little scary at first, but it was actually really easy for a beginner! I made it into a workout shirt with the lower arm holes to make it extra breezy. I love how many options there are. I plan to make many, many more!

I made this as a tankini top and love it! It’s stylish, comfortable, and supportive. It draws attention where I want it, and the tank skims the lumps and bumps of my figure without clinging. It’s reasonably modest, but manages not to be frumpy. This was my first try at swimwear and the instructions were super straightforward. Also loved that it’s a layered pdf so I could print only my size.

I love this pattern – in comparison with a national brand name version, the finished tank is SO less complicated to put on, custom straps allow me to place them where they won’t put strain on my neck and shoulders (hence I can wear it all day long vs just a workout), and the instructions are easy to follow.
The grading for my larger hips was perfect (even with swim fabric!) and it fits perfectly without being restrictive.
I can’t wait to make just the bra, as it will replace my commercially purchased ones that are dying slow deaths – then I can have ALL the cool fabrics for my bras!
