I often struggle with patterns fitting my biceps as intended. You see, I’m a plus sized woman with are that are not quite in proportion to the rest of me. Because of this issue I have taken to adjusting the sleeve of many patterns to give me just a bit more room in this area. We call this a Full Bicep Adjustment. I know I can’t be the only girl out here struggling with full biceps, so today we’re with a new edition of Sewing School highlighting this simple adjustment.
