All you’ll want to do when you wake up in the morning is wear Rosanna! Rosanna is a peplum tank, tankini, dress and swim dress. It features unique side princess seaming, a low ballerina back (with optional back straps), FBA bodice and an optional built-in bra with 6 sewing cup sizes. Choose either a full or half circle skirt with a peplum (tankini), swim dress, short dress or long dress lengths.
Options Include:
- Regular Bodice and FBA Bodice pieces.
- Peplum, Swim Dress, Short or Long Full Circle Skirt Lengths.
- Finish arms and neckline with binding, bands or elastic.
- Thin or thick back strap and basic instructions that you can use for infinite creative backs.
- 2 Neckline Options: High or Low Scoop

The pattern pieces included are formatted for 8.5×11, A4 (typically outside of the US), and A0 printers. We’ve even included a projector file so all of the pieces are on one page! Please remember to NOT use the A4 pattern unless you are located outside of the US and own an A4 printer and A4 paper. The A0 pattern is specifically designed for large format printing. You have permission from 5 out of 4 Patterns to have this pattern printed at your local copy shop.
The separate tutorial download includes hyperlinks to help you navigate to whichever options you’re interested in doing. It also includes professionally drawn images for each tutorial step as well as pictures for steps that might be a little tricky. We take great pains to make the tutorial as clear as possible! We’ve even included links to our YouTube channel, where you can find video tutorials on certain steps.
The Rosanna Peplum and Dress pattern is available for women’s sizes XXS-5XL. The size chart and fabric requirements are listed in the last image. Looking for swim bottoms to pair it with? I love the versatility of this pattern! It can be a regular top OR swim top!
For the swim top, I really like the coverage, as I’m not too confidant about my legs. This swim top definitely makes me feel sassy!
For the regular Peplum version, I love the drape, and that the skirt isn’t a fabric hog.
The princess seam is beautiful and sits flat each time I create this top. It’s an awesome scrap buster too, so will co-ordinate with multiple outfits that I’ve used the same fabric with.
The skirt doesn’t do anything funky (like make me look bigger in the belly), and doesn’t fly up in the wind either.

It’s an easy sew with detailed instructions and options – versatile for a different top each time!
